Is it legal to have my partner followed in Tennessee?
Lawful surveillance by a licensed PI in public places is permitted. What is not allowed includes trespassing, placing a tracking device on a vehicle without the owner's consent, secretly recording conversations nobody consented to, or accessing someone's accounts. Our PIs stay inside those limits.
Can I check my partner's phone myself instead?
Getting into someone else's phone or accounts without permission can violate state and federal law, even if you live together. It can also end a relationship badly and expose you to liability. Keep to information that is lawfully yours, and let our PIs handle observation.
Will the person my partner meets find out who I am?
Our PIs do not contact your partner or anyone they meet during surveillance. The report stays with you. If you choose to share it, that is your decision, and we can talk through the risks of doing so before you act.
What if my partner is traveling for the weekend?
